What is mbbs?

MBBS, or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, is the foundational undergraduate degree for aspiring doctors in India. It is a 5½-year program that includes 4½ years of academic study and 1 year of compulsory internship. The course covers subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, and Clinical subjects such as Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, and more.
